About Us

Ken and Valorie Emilio are "boomers" who moved into Southern Oregon from Southern California in 1999. Sensing that life was about to change for many Americans due to terrorism, wars, and probable earth changes, (Matthew 24:4-14, Luke 21:10-36, Mark 13:3-37), they decided to focus their lives upon supporting churches, sponsoring seminars, and founding small Bible Study groups throughout the Rogue Valley. In 2005 they founded "Remnant Report" in order to provide a forum for gifted pastors, writers and speakers.

Ken has owned and operated companies specializing in the chemical and environmental fields for over 30 years. He holds a B.S. from California State University Long Beach and serves as an elder at his church.

Valorie holds an M.A. in History from U.C.L.A. and works part time as a musician with a community symphony. They know that they are "just a vapor that appears for a little while and then vanishes away" (James 4:14). So their prayer is, "teach us to number our days, that we may present to You a heart of wisdom" (Psalm 90:12). The days are short and each of us needs to focus our lives upon the only thing that counts: God.

Our Guide and Purpose:

It is God's Word that is the only true and stable foundation that can unify and give authority in a post-modern world given to relativistic thinking. It is our firm belief that only through the consistent and serious study of God's Word by individuals can the true Church grow.

We believe that despite the prevalence of greed, materialism, abortion, assisted suicide and situation ethics, terrorism, wars, paganism and post modernism, there is always a remnant of believing people of God who know they are to "make the most of their time because the days are evil" (Eph. 5:16). It is this remnant whom we desire to reach, encourage and train for the troublesome days ahead.
